La Chaux-de-Fonds is a town, situated in the canton of Neuchâtel, Switzerland. It was founded in 1656 and owes its reputation to the watchmaking industry, however, in addition to technology, this region created Neuchâtel first covered market which supports small and extraordinary local producers of high-quality ranging from cheese shop, butcher's, fishmonger's, baker's and greengrocer.
HALL’TITUDE
A NEW SWISS RESTAURANT
With the market was born also the Restaurant Hall`titude that uses the products sold here and cooks them to the tastes of its customers. In the picture we can see Camille Cuisset (restaurant manager) and Loan Sterchi (one of the initiators of the covered market project and the owner of La Maison du fromage – Sterchi cheese tuner).
